Facial Serum #18 is a hand-crafted product using the highest quality ingredients from all over the world and thus, slight variations in color or viscosity of the product may occur. Venerable Women LLC is not liable for any allergic reaction a customer may experience as a result of using this product. If a bottle should arrive damaged, the customer is required to contact Venerable Women LLC immediately to request replacement of the product (please see guidelines below in Refund & Return Policy). We want our customers to feel comfortable trying new products. We offer a full refund or exchange for all item(s) the customer didn’t enjoy for any reason the first time it was purchased as long as the return occurs within 30 days. The second time a customer orders a product, it will only be eligible for exchange or store credit. Returned products are to be shipped back using the customer's own shipping materials and paying for postage (Refund & Return Policy below).
Refunds do not include shipping cost. To initiate a return, the customer is required to email their concern to info@VenerableWomen.com and follow guidelines in Refund & Return Policy below). We do not replace free gifts or products not listed on orders. Discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been processed.
Venerable Women Book
The Venerable Women Book, entitled “Venerable Women: Transform Yourself, Transform the World” is printed on demand and shipped by Amazon. Venerable Women LLC is not responsible for any incorrect orders, misprints or delivery issues and will not provide any refunds for such.
Venerable Women Affirmation Cards
Should the affirmation cards arrive damaged, the customer is required to contact Venerable Women LLC immediately to request replacement of the cards (following the Refund & Return Policy guidelines below).
Self-Care Kit
The Venerable Women Self-Care Kit includes a printed tote-bag, A Woman’s Best Life Oracle Cards, Facial Serum #18 and the Venerable Women Book. Should any item arrive damaged, the customer is required to contact Venerable Women LLC immediately to request replacement of the damaged item (following the Refund & Return Policy guidelines below).
Refund & Return Policy
Products (Facial Serum #18, Venerable Women Affirmation Cards, Venerable Women Self-Care Kit:
All of our products are made with the highest standards keeping you in mind. If one of our products arrives in the mail damaged, email us a photo of the product within seven days and we will refund your purchase price (not including shipping), 100%.
If you do not like one of our products or it does not meet your expectations, you may return it within seven days in your own packaging (you pay for postage). Returns should be sent to:

Once we receive the product you’ve returned, we will refund 100% of your money immediately by issuing a credit to the credit card you used to make the purchase. We want you to be happy.
Services, Programs, Events and Classes:
We put a lot of work into creating our gatherings, with a great deal of planning and expense. If we need to cancel an in-person gathering for any reason, you will be given the option of participating in an online version of that event or applying your payment to another service, program, event or class. If you are not able to attend an event you have paid for, you will not receive a refund but you may send someone in your place. If there is a special reason you require a refund, please email us at info@venerablewomen.com and we will discuss a solution. Again, we want you to be happy.

This website is owned and operated by Venerable Women LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors programs, products and services developed by Dawn Morningstar, founder of Venerable Women LLC. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Retention of Right to Change Offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

The services, programs and products and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Venerable Women LLC. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Right to Suspend or Cancel User Account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Dawn Morningstar and Venerable Women LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dawn Morningstar and Venerable Women LLC, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Right to Change and Modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other method when you complete a contact form. If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please unsubscribe or notify us at any time.
Preference of Law Dispute and Resolution
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the United States of America, State of Minnesota, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in St. Paul, Minnesota. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
